As a 17 year old from England and Colombia, I've been obsessed with football (soccer) from a young age, and in the past year, I've made progressing in my fitness a top priority in my journey as a player. Following the fitness plans that we're now selling accelerated my fitness progress in a way I'd never seen before. I'm excited at the possibility of athletes just like me transforming their fitness through our programs!
